Ireland rugby international Jordi Murphy was recently announced as the first ambassador of the Men’s Cancer Alliance.

According to Jordi; “I am really delighted to lend my support to the MCA. Having lost my close friend to testicular cancer in April, I realise awareness of cancer symptoms is key to early diagnosis and treatment. I am looking forward to working with the MCA and getting the awareness message out there.”

Micheal Sheridan, Chief Executive of The Mercy Hospital Foundation says “It’s great that Jordi has come on board to work with the MCA. As an Ireland rugby international, Jordi is familiar and respected by different ages of men. As his reach is wide, he will be a great ambassador for the work of the MCA.”
